Hi, I’m Carrie! I founded the studio after becoming frustrated with the traditional kitchen industry while renovating and extending properties myself.

Like many homeowners, I found the process surprisingly sales-driven; with rigid showroom ranges, inflated pricing, and very little genuine design thinking behind it. For one of the most important rooms in the home, it often felt difficult to create something that felt truly personal and thoughtfully connected to the way we lived.

Alongside studying interior design, I’ve worked in project management across a range of refurbishment projects, from commercial kitchen renovations to a cancer research laboratory refit. Through both professional and personal refurbishment projects, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how spaces are designed, built, and brought together successfully.

As I designed more kitchens, I realised my passion lay in creating spaces that felt considered, functional, and unique to each home. Rather than relying on large retailers and showroom markups, I began working with independent suppliers and smaller bespoke kitchen makers - often achieving far better value and saving thousands in the process.

Today, I combine interior design thinking with practical project experience, trusted supplier relationships, and transparent pricing to create kitchens that feel personal, timeless, and genuinely tailored to the people living in them.
